The HCBVEC relies totally on donations from our community to be able to provide services.  Without your financial support we can not put fuel in our vehicles, supplies in our ambulances.  

NOTE:  No donated money goes directly to any of our individuals of the HCBVEC. We are prohibited by Mexican laws from doing so.

Ongoing major operational expenses that we have include:

Major - Fuel for four vehicles

                (#602 ambulance 5,500 pesos weekly average)

                (#611 Fire engine  2,000 pesos weekly average)

Major - Replace medical supplies used on patients (15,000 monthly average)
Box of 100 count latex gloves 165.52 pesos

Major - Repairs on four vehicles

Major - CFE electrical bills every two months (13,000 peso average)

DEF - Diesel fuel conditioner for #602 ambulance (5 gal $640 pesos)

Refill 8 "E" oxygen cylinders 
Cleaning and disinfectant supplies for the ambulance after each use
Drinking water

Food, kitchen, bathroom supplies

Many of you have donated equipment and food items to our volunteers and we appreciate those donations.

Our various year-round fundraising programs support every aspect of our Department. Initiatives include volunteer recruitment & retention programs; fire, rescue & EMS training; emergency vehicle repairs and purchases; fire prevention activities; community outreach programs, equipment and supplies — and more.
